1 Shopify Integration – Now Live & Validated

We’re excited to share that our Shopify Integration is officially complete and already in use.
This month, we fully validated the feature, confirming it works seamlessly and is ready for wider adoption.

The result?

• Seamless survey launches directly from Shopify
• Smooth data flow into your Saights dashboard
• A fully customer-approved feature, ready for broader rollout

But what does that mean for you?

With the Shopify Integration, you can:

1. Pre-formulate your survey questions inside Saights — deciding exactly what you want to learn from your customers right after a purchase
2. Quickly individualize your surveys — adapt them to a specific product, season, or campaign in just minutes
3. Automatically present your survey to customers immediately after they complete their purchase in your store
4. Collect responses directly within your Shopify account — no extra steps, no copy-pasting between tools! 
5. Get instant, automated analysis from Saights, turning raw responses into clear insights without lifting a finger

it’s about giving you the ability to close the feedback loop instantly, capture your customer’s world and how they feel about your product while it’s fresh, and act on those insights right away! You just have to know your intention, the rest is on us

How to?

Using our Shopify Integration is easy:

1. Tell us you’d like to run a customer survey on your Shopify Thank You Page.
2. We’ll send you a download link for your custom Shopify extension, plus a token (a simple code) to connect it to your Saights account.
3. Download the extension, add your survey to Shopify and enter the token — done!

2 AI Toolbar – A Smarter, Faster Way to Edit

Behind the scenes, our CTO has been experimenting with a new way to handle survey edits — and it’s a game-changer.

Instead of the AI having to rewrite entire survey files, our new AI Toolbar works with ultra-precise RFC6902 JSON Patches.
What this means for you:

• Faster changes in real time
• Greater stability (fewer “AI hallucinations”)
  “fewer AI hallucinations” means the new AI Toolbar will make the AI’s survey edits more accurate and relevant, reducing the chance it changes things in odd or unintended ways
• A smoother, more dependable editing experience

3 Bug Fixes – Record-Breaking Month

Thanks to the new QA–developer loop, we resolved 77.5% of reported bugs this month: our best fix rate yet.

With a big wave of new customers joining Saights, we’ve received more broad, holistic feedback across every part of the platform.
